Terms of Service

By using PIXVIX you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use PIXVIX for a business, you accept these Terms on its behalf.

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).

PIXVIX lets you turn images into cross-stitch charts, edit them, export PDFs and track your stitching in Workspace. We may improve, change or remove features; we will try to give notice of major changes.

Patterns sold by PIXVIX on Etsy are delivered by Etsy as PDF files. You can also open a purchased pattern in your PIXVIX account by connecting your Etsy account or claiming the order with its order number.

Each order unlocks the pattern for one PIXVIX account. Canceled or refunded orders lose access.

Personal licenses allow you to stitch the pattern for yourself, as a gift or to sell the finished pieces, and to print copies for your own use; sharing, reselling or uploading the PDF, chart or any digital files (including your Workspace link) is not allowed. Business licenses give you full commercial rights to the patterns you create with Business credits, including selling the PDF and finished stitched items, subject to your rights to the source artwork. Buyers of a Business PDF receive the designer's licence printed in that PDF.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, break the law, attack or overload the service, scrape it, or try to access other people’s accounts or patterns.

Paid plans and credits are billed through our payment provider. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew until canceled; you can cancel at any time from Billing. Unused purchases can be refunded within 14 days; patterns that were opened, downloaded or stitched and credits that were used are final. Full details: pixvix.app/refund-policy. This does not limit your statutory rights.

You keep the rights to images and patterns you create. You give PIXVIX a limited license to store and process them only to run the service for you. We keep your saved patterns for as long as they exist in your account.

The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Etsy’s own terms apply to purchases made on Etsy.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms. Deleted patterns stay in trash for 30 days and are then removed permanently.

PIXVIX is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent allowed by law, PIXVIX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
