Sign in to PIXVIX and open the Claim page (pixvix.app/claim). Connect your Etsy account, or enter your Etsy order number and the name on the order. If anything goes wrong, email support@pixvix.app with your order number.

To access, export or delete your data — including Etsy order data linked to you — email support@pixvix.app from the address on your account.
