Do I need a subscription to create Patterns?

Accepted Answer

No. PIXVIX uses one-time Pattern credits. Credits never expire. Personal and the new Business credit model do not require a monthly subscription.

What is a Pattern credit?

One credit creates one new production Pattern. Editing that Pattern does not consume additional credits. Opening it in Workspace or tracking Journey progress does not consume credits.

Why choose Business?

Business is for creators, designers, and sellers who need commercial usage. It includes commercial selling rights (subject to your rights to the source artwork), branded PDFs, a Business credit purse, Pattern Library, Workspace + Journey, and credits that never expire.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Open Buy credits (/pro) or tap the Credits chip in the header to purchase more. Existing Patterns stay editable and accessible in Workspace and the editor.

Can I gift credits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On Personal, choose Gift to someone, pick a package (1, 3, 5, 10, or 20), enter the recipient email, and pay. They claim the gift once with a secure link — even if they create their account after you send it.

Can I sell Patterns made with PIXVIX?

Accepted Answer

Commercial selling rights are included with Business and apply to Patterns created under Business, subject to your rights to the source artwork and assets. Personal Patterns are for your own use and do not include a sell license. PIXVIX does not grant rights to source artwork you do not own.
